 A 4-week group for exploring and overcoming resistance to exercise. This group is an opportunity to discuss doubts. fears, negative attitudes, and aversion to exercise. It will help participants form strategies to begin exercising, discover enjoyment, and get benefits that exercise provides.  Particulars
